Our Approach

Australian Enviro Services (AES) recognise that every contaminated site has its own unique challenges and issues which may appear to be complex and daunting. AES believes it is important to attain a clear understanding of our clients' needs and expectations. We begin working towards this in your initial scoping meeting where we take the time to understand the site and your needs in order to meet agreed outcomes such as:

Once your needs and expectations have been identified and agreed upon we document them so that they can be signed off as they are delivered. By initiating this base of understanding and combining it with a 'best practice' approach, AES will deliver your project on time and within budget.

The remediation of contaminated sites often entails subsurface excavations that may involve difficult and complex processes that are never completely understood until excavation works commence. AES' technical approach to remediating contaminated sites is threefold. Our approach involves:

  1. Examining all available information on hand to ascertain all issues that have been identified.
  2. Viewing this information in light of historical land uses and experiences gained from remediating previous sites.
  3. Proposing the most cost effective means to achieve your agreed outcomes and minimise your environmental risks.

By employing a 'best practice' approach we ensure that a minimum amount of waste is sent offsite to landfills whilst maximising the amount of material that is retained on-site. When soils cannot be reused or recycled onsite we employ technologies to reduce their waste classification which in turn reduces the cost of offsite disposal. Whenever possible, AES will offer alternative solutions to traditional Total Waste Management to save you money and time.
